#sol17 March 27 A slice of not making sense.

Slice of LIfe

I am participating in the March Slice of Life Challenge: A slice a day for bloggingwithstudentsall of March.  You should do it too!  Thank you, Two Writing Teachers! Readers, check out their site, and start slicing!

It doesn’t make sense.

I’m not sure why I’m helping my daughter pick out classes for High School.

She was just a baby.  How could a baby be expected to take Geometry? How could a baby decide between English 9, and Advanced English?

I’m not sure why I’m helping my daughter pick out classes for High School.

It doesn’t make sense.

  1. I shared that shocking moment recently when I just happened to text my sister-in-law and it was the day they were doing this with my nephew…that little tiny baby we drove to see hours after he was born and then had to drive home in a snowstorm. Where does the time go?

  2. Oh man, I can’t even imagine. It literally hurts for me to try and put myself in your shoes after reading this. My guys are still little but I already see how fast they’ve grown. You must be reeling sometimes from this as your reality. I like that this is short; makes me think you’re enjoying your life today over slicing about it. 🙂 Great slice!

  3. Kindergarten didn’t shock me when my daughter started it earlier this year. But lemme tell you… by the time she gets to high school, I have a feeling I will truly be in shock (just like you are).

    Good luck!
